Return Policy
At SJ Wood Organics, your satisfaction is our priority. Due to the nature of our skincare and personal care products, we only accept returns on items that are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Eligibility We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that arrive defective or damaged. All other sales are final. Items must be in their original packaging and unused.
How to Initiate a Return Contact us at support@sjwoodorganics.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the defect or damage. Do not return items to the manufacturer — all returns come back to us directly for inspection.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items Opened or used products that are not defective or damaged are not eligible for return, in accordance with hygiene standards for personal care products.
